Frostburg State University

Frostburg State University, a comprehensive, largely residential regional university located in western Maryland, offers 41 undergraduate majors and 9 master's degree programs. The University provides strong academic programs in the liberal arts and sciences and nationally accredited degrees in business, education, and social work. Frostburg State University is recognized for its award-winning community service and leadership programs. Extensive student services, cultural events, and Division III sports are part of the University's programming. The student/faculty ratio is 17 to one.
