Maryland Community College Facilities Manual

The Maryland Community College Facilities Manual (FPC Manual), June 2005 edition was jointly prepared by Maryland Higher Education Commission, the Maryland Department of Budget and Management, the Maryland Department of General Services, and the Facilities Planners Council to assist the Maryland community colleges in the planning, design, and construction of buildings, site improvements, and facilities. Revisions to Sections 5, 11 and 14 were copied to this web-site in June 2007.

The FPC Manual is comprised of fifteen sections.  You can view and download any of the 15 sections of the FPC Manual from the Table of Contents  guide.  Each section is available in both MSWord and Adobe PDF format.  To navigate to a specific section or chapter of the manual use the Table of Contents. The FPC Manual Sections 5, 11, and 14 were updated in June 2007.
