What:        The Maryland Higher Education Commission’s (MHEC) Finance Policy Committee

                   Meeting. This meeting will consist of the overview of the Operating and Capital

                   Budget Process.

Who:         MHEC Secretary Calvin W. Burnett; MHEC Acting Assistant Secretary, Andrea

                   Mansfield; and the Commission’s Finance Policy Committee members: Ilona Modly

                   Hogan, J.D.; James G. Morgan; Kurt A. Musser; Paul L. Saval, Esq.; Sherman L.

                   Ragland, II; and Donald J. Slowinski, Sr.

When:       9:00 am to 3:00 pm, Friday, September 15.

Where:     839 Bestgate Road, Suite 400, Annapolis. The meeting will be held in the

                   Commission’s main conference room.
