What: The Maryland Higher Education Commission’s (MHEC) Finance Policy Committee

Meeting. This meeting will consist of the overview of the Operating and Capital

Budget Process.

When: 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, Friday, September 15.

Where: 839 Bestgate Road, Suite 400, Annapolis. The meeting will be held in the

Commission’s main conference room.
