Annapolis, MD (May 18, 2006) – The Maryland Higher Education Commission (MHEC) will hold their bi-annual retreat on Wednesday, May 24th from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm in the Turpin-Lamb Theatre at the Murphy Fine Arts Center on the Morgan State University Campus.
