Instructional Leadership Program Description |
The proposed Post-Baccalaureate Certificate (P.B.C.) in Instructional Leadership provides a challenging and relevant academic experience that prepares students to think creatively, reason logically and communicate effectively about leadership practices in education. The program will prepare graduates for educational leadership roles such as principals, presidents or associate principals in religious, private and/or public schools. The certificate will draw fromthe Master of Education in Instructional Leadership program, which is a professional degree designed to prepare educational leaders who are proficient in content and peadgogy, reflective and ethical professional dedicated to leadership in an increasingly diverse, technological and global society. |
