Health Promotion w/ AOC in Health Coaching & Health Education & Integrative Health  Program Description

Tai Sophia Institute has developed a Master of Science in Health Promotion with two Areas of Concentration in Health Coaching and Health Education and Integrative Health. Health promotion is the process of enabling people to increase control over, improve health, and move towards a wide range of social and environmental interventions. The program will provide graduates with an integrative health science foundation in complementary and integrative medicine, and provide an understanding of the physiological and environmental aspects of disease prevention and healthy living. Students specializing in Health Education and Integrative Health will be able to implement health and wellness education programs and eligible to take the Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES) examination. Others who focus on Health Coaching may help individuals in a proactive manner and empower people to tap their inner source of motivation to restore and preserve their own health.
