Global Studies  Program Description

The Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Global Studies is an interdisciplinary program that draws upon both the humanities and social sciences. Students will study a wide range of areas including foreign language, political science, and economics. They will also participate in a study abroad program or robust internship in order to develop an appreciation for diverse cultures and an understanding of global issues that confront the world today. Students will learn the importance of global connections and how to lead beyond continental and national boundaries. Students who complete the program will be prepared for careers in government, education, law, business, journalism and the non-profit sector.
