Registration Information
 For Out-of-State Institutions Of Higher Education
Offering Online Education

Pursuant to the new law that took effect on July 1, 2012, out-of-state institutions that enroll Maryland students in fully online programs must register with the Commission.

The Out-of-State Online Registration Mailbox, onlinereg.mhec@maryland.gov, will be exclusively used for communication regarding online registration.

View the list of institutions determined to be in compliance with the requirements of the Education Article, 11-202.2 of the Annotated Code of Maryland and COMAR 13B.05.01 for fully online programs.
