Intelligence Program Description
The Post-Baccalaureate Certificate (P.B.C.) in Intelligence will provide students an understanding of the role intelligence plays in supporting the American policy process and the important debates about the same as well as the limits upon intelligence. Students will obtain an understanding of the history and fundamental concepts of intelligence collection and analysis and counterintelligence, the role of intelligence in the formation of national security policy and in the major security issues facing the U.S. today. Students will be able to demonstrate specialized knowledge in the areas of technical and non-technical collection, information assurance, quantitative methods, intelligence policy and analysis. They will also demonstrate an ability to produce intelligence analysis based on strong research abilities and communication skills and leadership and collaborative skills.
