OOS Renewal Application  Program Description

Master of Divinity (M.Div.) in Pastoral StudiesThe graduate concentration in Pastoral Studies is primarily designed to prepare people who are called to serve in the office of pastor in local congregations. A balance of biblical, theological and ministry courses broadens pastoral training and allows exposure to a range of knowledge and skills needed for effective ministry.

Master of Divinity (M.Div.) in Great Commission StudiesUpon successful completion of the program, students will be able to communicate significant knowledge of the Bible, interpret Scripture’s original meaning, and integrate systematic and historical theology into a larger biblical framework. Graduates will be able to describe the role of the local church in fulfilling the Great Commission.

Master of Arts (M.A.) in Christian EducationThe curriculum intends to train students to develop Christian characteristics and a sensitivities that call to ministry. Students will learn to understand the Christian worldview and have a global vision.
