OOS Renewal Application   Program Description

Culinary Arts programs are designed to meet students’ diverse educational needs and career goals, prepare them for a future in the culinary arts field, and teach important culinary, food science and communication skills. Hospitality Management programs provide career preparation and a solid foundation in hospitality, human resource management, control systems, food and beverage operations and managing for profitability.
