    Removing or revising the regulation that establishes a 60 credit maximum on the number of credits that can be awarded through prior learning or competency-based education.

*All witnesses must register by sending an email to gfitzger@mhec.state.md.us with your intention to testify, and a copy of any written testimony (if applicable) by COB Monday, December 16, 2013. All witnesses must sign the witness sign-up sheet upon arrival. Please provide fifteen (15) copies of any written testimony to be provided to the Commission. The order and time limit in which witnesses testify will be determined by the Chairman. Time will be limited for testimony and witnesses should try to limit testimony to five minutes or less.
