The hearing will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of COMAR 13B.02.03.25D(2) – (5).
After the hearing, the Commission will adjourn to a closed session. 13B.02.03.25D(8)(a).
The Commission will issue its decision within 5 working days of the hearing. 13B.02.03.25D(8)(b).
