We have no actual Campus to reference, since we teach at
Approved sites across the State as well as by Distance
Learning. However, we have been one of the only RE Schools
that has courses that relate to your subject and regularly
teach them to RE Agents and Brokers as part of our
offerings.
We have been teaching a course on Environmental Issues for
over 10 years, as well as a course on Wetlands Regulations
and the Real Estate Agent. We also were one of the first to
offer two different courses on Lead Based Paint issues and
the Maryland LPPP program for Rental properties.
I know this is only indirectly related to your request, but
wanted you to know what our School is doing to address the
issues and attempt to keep the RE Industry on track to
further the State's effort in this realm.
