ADAPTS Reverse Transfer Grant Program

Maryland is one of 12 grantee states to be awarded the Credit When It’s Due (CWID) award, an initiative led by the Lumina Foundation, and funded by USA Funds. The Maryland Higher Education Commission administers the CWID grant which supports the State and its higher education institutions in working toward the development of a statewide reverse transfer agreement and the standardization of policies, practices, and systems for the awarding of reverse transfer degrees.  

 

Eligibility:  All Maryland public two-year and four-year institutions and Maryland independent non-profit institutions are eligible to apply.

Award Period:  December 20, 2013-December 19, 2014

Award Range:  The maximum award amount is $25,000 per campus.  At least 15 awards are anticipated.

Application Due Date:  November 25, 2013; Submit electronic copy to Dennis King at dking@mhec.state.md.us  with cc to mvann@mhec.state.md.us hard copies of proposals should be delivered to the attention of:
